URSULINE CENTER FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING: SCHOOL OF EDUCATION RESOURCES

Brescia University UCTL

Welcome to the SCHOOL OF EDUCATION!

Teacher Resource Center!

The center is created for those in the School of Education pursuing your teaching degree. The purpose is to supply you with a plethora of resources to use in the K-12 environment. Included in the K-12 resources will be STEM related ideas and research.

KAHOOT

Students of all ages (even college age) love to interact with the content using Kahoot in class.  Teachers can create quizzes or look for pre-made "Kahoots" that match their content needs. Students are then given a code to enter the game with their device that has a web browser.  Teachers can have students play individually or in groups. This is a great formative assessment and could be used at the beginning to see what they know or at the end of the lesson to see what they learned.
