The Goals of Instructional Technology are to: 

  • Inspire and participate in the development and implementation of a shared vision for the integration of technology to promote excellence.
  • Support transformational change throughout the instructional environment.
  • Assist teachers in using technology effectively for assessing student learning, differentiating instruction for all students.
  • Create and support effective digital-age learning environments to maximize the learning of all students.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop technology-related professional learning programs, and evaluate the impact on instructional practice and student learning.
  • Demonstrate professional knowledge, skills, and dispositions in content, pedagogical, and technological areas, as well as adult learning and leadership.  

OPEN LMS MOODLE is a free open-source learning management system developed on pedagogical principles and used for blended learning, distance education, flipped classroom, and other e-learning projects. 

ZOOM IN MOODLE is the Brescia Virtual tool enabling exciting new ways to teach, learn, and connect globally.

MICROSOFT 365 is the Brescia One Drive and access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Tools. You must be a member of Brescia community to access the Brescia MS365.

TEAMS is the Brescia HUB that is very useful for using with faculty, staff and students. Again, you must be a member of the Brescia Community to access the Brescia TEAMS.
