Up to 10 percent or 30 seconds, whichever is less, of music and lyrics from an individual musical work

Entire works may be transmitted only once without permission. 

Use of copyrighted materials is subject to the Fair Use Test (see above.) 

Use of the heart of the work is infringement.

Technological measures must be in place to prevent unauthorized access or copying.
